Established under the name ThinkForex in the year 2010 in New Zealand, a rebranding to ThinkMarkets was undertaken. Today, ThinkMarkets is headquartered under the company name TF Global Markets (Aust) Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia, to ensure the highest standards of client security under ASIC regulation.

In 2015, ThinkMarkets further expanded by launching a satellite UK office in London under FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulation. Their UK office is now the second headquarter next to the Melbourne location.

ThinkMarkets clients have access to 38 currency pairs  with spreads starting from 0.0 pips (for example on EUR/USD) on these Forex pairs. Leverage is up to 500:1 and minimum trade sizes are set to 0.01 lots across all offered currency pairs.

Eight of the major global indices can be traded starting from 0.25 points. Maximum leverage is up to 200:1 and minimum trade sizes are set to 1 lot for all indices. Australian clients can also invest directly in over 2400 ASX equities and ETFs at just $8 flat fee per trade.

Metals, such as gold, silver, platinum and copper can be traded starting from 10 cents with maximum leverage of 500:1 and minimum lot sizes of 0.01 lots.

Clients can choose between three different account types as well as a ‘Demo’ or ‘Live’ account version. Swap-free accounts are available as well as Joint accounts.
